Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maison Mohe. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Please note that while we do not provide pre-paid return labels, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for your returned items. You may choose any shipping carrier you prefer, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Please be aware that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are being returned to us.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at [insert email or phone number] to let us know you will be returning your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Make sure that the item(s) you wish to return meet our return policy requirements. Merchandise must have all original tags, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and free of any and all possible stains, including make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
4. Ship your package back to us using your preferred carrier. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us and that we are not responsible for any packages that may become lost in transit.

Once we receive your return shipment, the items will be carefully inspected. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If exchanging a suit for another item, please note that we must receive the return package before sending the exchange item.

Refunds:
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days from when the return is received. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charge.
Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
